第一季的原盤畫質屬於中等水平，最主要的問題是某些嚴重鋸齒導致線條呈階梯狀斷裂和顏色錯位，好在這些都是可以修復的。第二季的原盤最主要的問題是色度平面存在較嚴重的鋸齒，線條周圍有一點 ringing，暗場噪點下蓋着色帶。處理上也是針對以上問題進行修復，同時對弱紋理進行加強，再使用 HEVC 編碼。

劇場版畫質較差，不同場景之間畫質差別巨大。在新加入的畫面中，所有赤羽業單獨出現的場景，都使用了非常劣質的拉伸算法，導致畫面出現了明顯的瑕疵。我們人工挑出了這些場景，使用了逆向拉伸還原到原始分辨率，並使用質量更好的拉伸算法拉伸到了 1080p 以消除畫面瑕疵。

殺老師Q 採用美版原盤壓制。原盤碼率較低同時噪點較重，我們使用了較為高級的降噪算法來分離噪點層，以避免噪點對線條和紋理的處理造成干擾。針對部分場景出現的鋸齒，我們進行了常規的 AA 處理。

番外篇畫質很差，存在嚴重的鋸齒和色帶。由於部分場景色帶過於嚴重，甚至超過了部分有效紋理的強度，我們最初選擇了比較強的去色帶強度，力求完全去掉色帶的同時盡量保留紋理。但是由於色帶強度實在是太強，即使使用過高的處理強度，仍然無法完全清理乾淨部分場景的大型色帶，同時還誤傷了很多有效紋理。經過多次調試，我們最終選擇了一個折中的強度來進行去色帶處理。
