隨着抽象巨制《終末列車要開往哪裡？》的熱播，不禁讓人想起水島努監督在 8 年前編導的這部魔幻大作，於是趁勢就製作了本片。
原盤畫質一般，大部分場景原生分辨率 719.8p，OP 部分為 720p。全片線條偏糊，有明顯鋸齒，暗場有不少色帶，噪點質量也很一般，尤其是線條周圍有一些蚊噪。考慮到背景也很糊，而且暗場偏多，因此我們稍微提高了降噪和去色帶時的強度。除此之外就是一些常規操作：逆向拉升重構、抗鋸齒、補償性銳化。最後我們重構了噪點層以提升觀感。
