本片是2019年製作放送的中華小當家新動畫，不是上世紀末的童年回憶，想懷古的觀眾可能要失望了。
原盤畫質較差，主要問題是過量噪點經過編碼後引起的欠碼。線條有比較嚴重的蚊噪，另外還有一定程度的振鈴和較強的鋸齒。平面因為噪點的關係沒什麼色帶，取而代之的是色塊和爛噪。我們使用了比較激進的降噪手段並重構了噪點層，以改善欠碼造成的觀感問題。剩下就是一些常規處理：去色帶、抗鋸齒、去振鈴、補償性銳化。

我至今仍然常聽老的中華一番的配樂萬里の長城，氣勢磅礴之極。日本人當年為一部中華風動畫配的音樂真是大氣雄渾。剛剛試看了一集這部新版，原來是國內公司參與的。看着還行。
這作真不如老版，高光很影響觀感，人設也沒內味
